I love this Dunkin!! I won’t go to any others in the area. My medium hot caramel craze is always perfect and the employee/manager (Carson? who is there literally everyday, is always so friendly. Thank you.
The service at this restaurant is quick, but during the morning rush hour, there may be a 10-15 minute delay. This is to be expected given the quality of the food. However, the parking lot is not well maintained and there were issues with online orders in 2018, with some orders being shorted and no refunds given. The poor service was acknowledged by the manager in February 2020.
I placed a mobile order for the drive-thru and received a Tomato Pesto sandwich with bacon instead of tomato, but the bacon appeared raw. The sandwich was cold when I arrived, despite only placing the order at 8:25am and it only taking about 10 minutes to get there. Along with my plain and everything bagel minis, which were missing from my order, I had to pull up to the window to inquire. When I finally received my order, both sandwiches were cold, which was disappointing. Additionally, I ordered a large Frozen Chocolate with caramel and whipped cream, but it tasted more like milk and caramel mixed together.
They do not accept walk-ins, only drive-thru orders. They have a limited supply of donuts, which is surprising for a donut shop.
