Today I ordered a 12 toasted Stampede brisket sub for the first time through the app. Pick it up, drive to the rink to eat, and it 's NOT toasted. Thinking I must have forgot to select toasted, I ate the first 6 , but it was kinda gross. Checked my email invoice, and sure enough, I had ordered toasted. Pack up the remaining 6 , drive back to Subway... Oh, so sorry... our toaster is broken. They could have phoned me when I placed the order—they did once in the past when missing an important ingredient!?! Found out later from a friend that the toaster has been broken for well over a month!!! Very disappointing customer service, but not entirely unexpected based on past experiences.
Subway was good until recently. Their toaster and pop machines are broken, like what’s the point of staying open when you can’t even get the full subway experience?
Only 1 person working. Not friendly, and they do not accept cash.
This is a new look type of subway with fresh colors and nice interior. The service was good, and we enjoyed our brief conversations with the staff as they built the most delicious double steak and cheese sub that I've eaten in a while! 5 stars are easy to give this location.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide door and button
Dirty, unsanitary, nothing is fresh, lettuce is always brown, spinach never fresh, unfriendly staff, needs a good cleaning and new manager.
