Horrible experience and rude behavior of the staff. They hardly listen to the order or to the specifications on the food. After all it is a make your sub shop.

I placed to go order for the two veggie pattysubs, which were wonderful and freshly made. The customer service was excellent, and the staff was courteous and professional. Great job, and I can't wait until this store's next order, which will be coming soon.Vegetarian options: Veggie delight and veggie patty are the great options for the people who are vegetarian.Parking: Plenty of free parking available and food lion is next to this store.

DO NOT ORDER HERETHIS LOCATION ALLOWED A FRAUDULENT ORDER TO COME THROUGH FROM MY REWARDS ACCOUNT AND THEN IGNORED THEIR PHONES MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT A STORE MANAGER.I LIVE IN ARIZONA AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TO NC AND YET MY DEBIT CARD AND SUBWAY REWARDA ACCOUNT WAS HACKED AND USED AT THIS LOCATION.DO BETTER SUBWAY.

Don't order online. The lady there gave us the wrong bread and missed several of the toppings we asked for.That's what we get for trying to get the BOGO deal.
