Przekaż informację zwrotnąI placed a order at 8:00 p.m. with the automated calling system that gave me the time of 9:15 to pick up my order. That was supposed to be asap. I failed to remember that time. So i stopped by the store to double check at 8:30 p.m. No one was in the pizza section, so the employee that usually fix pizza came to assist me. I asked what time should i expect my order. He did mention that he’s not on the clock and that he’s off, the other guy was on break. I asked could you please just tell me cause i just need to know when to come pickup. He exclaimed the guy was on break and should be back in a couple minutes so around 15-20 minutes. I left out came back around 9:20 and the rude employee was like if you had an order i just got back. As a matter of fact a couple weeks ago when i ordered i had a similar waiting problem and the employee that was fixing pizzas tonight was arguing with the other employee as if he didn’t want to work the shift he was assigned to work. I see why Hopkinsville don’t have better places to go to. I couldv’e chose anywhere to go to get food but i chose Casey’s general store. Never again!! When they first opened it was really busy and they kept up with the demand now they falling off but can’t keep up. You do the math. Needless to say they’ve lost another customer!!
The food is but customer service is horrible. Very rude employees.
So far they've cut the free air they had and had put in a paid air pump. They've now chosen to cut the paid air pump, so if you need air for tires don't come here
Why is it ok for Resturaunts to have to stay open for a hour after close because some one decided to come in at 11:59 pm. But a Convenient store will close and lock the doors 15 minutes before the time is up. Hopkinsville be better.
Decent but the workers are always either rude or act like they have no idea whats going on..Food always looks fresh but slushie machine is always messed up..Overall decent but not my favorite
