The restaurant could use some renovations and updates.

Everything was terrible; the food was tasteless, and the place looks run-down and in need of renovation.

The cafe comes from the USSR. Old furniture, dishes, tablecloths. Strange abstract paintings on the walls. The toilet is unkempt, closes with a hook, but not completely the street is visible through the gap. In the afternoon when I visited this institution, not a soul. The poster says fresh pastries , etc., but in fact there is only chocolate for tea. Prices for everything are very low. Ice cream for sale. The front door does not close well a rag is wound. In general, if you have high requirements for service, interior and sophistication of dishes, then it is better to go somewhere else.

A decent earlier institution was turned into some kind of den, where young people go through alcohol and do incomprehensible things.

Not enough space and high prices, a crowd of drunks and constant fights.
