Pizza Hut - Sutton Coldfield

Never will I ever go here again, collected 2 pizzas and my mistake I didn't check and try them before leaving, They were under cooked, chewy and tasteless, it had been a while since we used pizza hut so thought as they now using vegan cheeze and beyond meat it was worth a go but what a disaster, so shocked at the quality of the food, and as for pizza hut themselves no refund just a £30 voucher, but that would mean we would have to use it at the hut No way would we ever use pizza hut again because of the insult of the voucher and quality of food, Domino's here we come.

Excellent service, jake served us friendly and helpful, helped ourselves to salad while we waited for our stuffed crust pepperoni for sharing which was very tasty. We've been a few times and recommend a visit Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Worst place to order a pizza, order 3-4 times and last time was delivered cold and dry pizza with no cheese at all. Spoke to manager who was really rude over the phone while I was speaking politely with him. Worst of customer service ever received. Left a complaint over Pizza Hut contact centre with no reply. Would not order ever in future Service: Delivery

Specially asked for thin crust but got thick crust. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20

AVOID THIS PLACE. OUR PIZZA CAME AND WAS COVERED WITH OIL FOR SOLE BIZARRE REASON AND DIDNT TASTE ANYWHERE CLOSE TO PIZZA HUT FOOD. THE WHOLE BRANCH IS MANAGED BY YOUNG LADS WHO DONT CARE OR KNOW THE FIRST THING ABOUT FOOD HYGEINE.
