Starbucks - Sutton

I originally ordered two frappuccinos, but they didn't come with straws. I called to address the issue, and the manager was very helpful in explaining the process. I ended up ordering a few more items, and the lady who answered the phone made sure to adjust the pricing so that everything was covered for delivery. The delivery was quick, and everything tasted amazing! Thank you!

I had a pleasant experience at the restaurant. I ordered a strawberry Acai refreshment, but I found it to be mostly ice—about 25% drink and 75% ice. The flavor was excellent, and the earthy notes were quite pronounced. However, I wouldn't recommend eating the earthy bits at the bottom of the cup, even though they are frozen; it was a bit unusual.

The restrooms are equipped with facilities for disabled individuals and include baby-changing amenities, although they were closed during my visit. Although we were just there for a hot drink, the café also features an impressive menu of delicious hot and cold light meals and snacks, as well as an assortment of cold drinks and healthy smoothies (which we've enjoyed in the past). These can be enjoyed on-site or taken away. Overall, it's a charming little café with a pleasant atmosphere and hardworking staff.
