Anthony's Pizzeria - Susquehanna County

I live about an hour away but will drive there just for pizza!

I LOVE the oil garlic pasta dish. (TO go containers). They have a wide variety of to go meals in the freezer and frig cases. Friendly staff. Parking: Plenty of parking infront and to the side of the building Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap spot close to door

THIS IS A GREAT OUT OF THE WAY FIND!!...well, at least it's out of the way for this out-of-towner...?...I'm sure the Locals are already very aware. I'm in town for awhile for work and was directed here by a coworker as I didn't want a fast food dinner. I ordered the calzone an order of fries. The calzone ROCKED! Lots of ricotta and mozzarella, fillings great sauce and the shell was cooked perfect! (the fries seemed in house cut also ? Kudos to the Cooks! The folks that run the place are top shelf also. Beginning with beaming smiling and greeting you receive as you arrive to the gentleman who checks to see if everything is correct and you are satisfied. Very homey and you feel APPRECIATED. GET IN THERE IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN YET and support them if you live here. You have a gem. Thank you for the delicious meal thank you for your hospitality. Keith

Great little place in South Montrose. I stopped in while working in the area and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with fries. The chicken was marinated and pounded flat. It was served on a bun with some sauce on the buns. The lettuce, pickles and tomatoes were provided on the side to add as you choose. The fries were served in a reasonable sided medium/small container. The food was delicious. This restaurant has daily specials as well as a consistent menu to order from. There are also refrigerators and freezers full of prepared food if you are looking to grab something for later. The atmosphere inside is well decorated and welcoming. I would recommend Anthony's if you haven't ever been here. If you have, then you already know the food is worth the stop.
