Decided to order something here tonight with my mom. We order here often and have always been satisfied. Tonight, a couple behind us in the line did not have masks on, and the manager came out to talk to them. He respectfully told them to leave the building because of their mask policy. He said that would take their order still, but that they needed to be outside if they weren?t going to have masks on. The woman immediately became cross and declared loudly ?I?m picky! I need to see what I?m ordering!? As well as things like ?I have a medical condition that allows me to not wear a mask!? in the most indignant tone she could muster. I was gobsmacked. Was I about to see a real Karen out in the wild? The manager stood his ground. So many places around here do not enforce their policies about masks despite plastering so many signs up at their doors about it. Manager Man don?t play around though. He wasn?t going to let someone try to argue with him about this The lady cursed him out and left in a huff. Everyone else except her and the guy she was with (who was rather quiet during her display and seemed embarrassed) had masks on. If medical professionals can wear a mask for 8-12 hours at a time without complaint, then this lady could wear a mask for 10 minutes. However, she seemed to believe that the world must accommodate to her needs. I?m glad someone put in her place. Awesome job, dude!

I come here just about once a week. The sweet and sour is consistently COLD, consistently. They no longer put the sweet and sour in the hot bowl. Absolutely rediculouis. Tired of having to microwave my sweet and sour. Might as well serve hot soda. Also have 7 people working at a time and still takes 20 minutes to order and get out. I highly recommend the Panda on the Westside of Surprise over this one.

My experience with this establishment was amazing, the customer service was great eating was fresh and hot thanks to panda they are really my favorites parking: parking right in front of the door.
