Applebee's Grill - Surprise

Very disappointed. Took my grandpa to dinner for his birthday tonight. Usually aren?t the people to write a review but feel we need to after tonight. Our server was Miya, do not get her as your server, it took 40 minutes for us to get our bar drinks which we saw sitting at the bartop we ordered, and then our food order was all messed up. She never brought us anything and the store was not busy at all. She had 3 tables when we walked in and down to just us. The manager Eric and the server marissa were amazing. She helped us send our food back and get it right. She also apologized but we weren?t even her table! Something has changed with the kitchen, the food didn?t taste fresh like it usually does. The manager Eric made it right and did all he could for us. I love Applebees so I was very upset with my experience and my grandpas first experience there.

No silverware when we received our salad. After asking we were given a fork. Then the main meal came again no silverware had to wait over 10 minutes for utensils. Ordered water never received. Ordered ranch dressing never received. Will never go back to this restaurant. I do not recommend

Customer service sucks! Not to mention bartender asked 30 minutes later if we?re ready to order! When clearly we had told him we are! Clearly he forgot! It?s not the first time either. Not returning to this restaurant

Used to come here all the time with little issues here and there, but they were resolved, food was decent. They have a new online ordering system that is horrible. It goes off of Central time so it takes an extra hour. Even though the manager can see the order on my phone and say they've had this problem before, won't just make the food. She said she has to wait to recieve the order on their screen. So why didn't they have the order 30 min after it was placed? And now tell us to wait 45 min for it to be ready. Not sure if the manager doesn't know how to handle situations that come up or if corporate won't let them, but we won't be using this anymore.

The BBQ ribs were delicious! The Mac n cheese was a fantastic surprise! The entire dinner is something I will order again! I ordered through ActiveMenus. Great delivery!
