Big Apple Bagels - Superior

I ordered my bagels online as a surprise gift for my daughter. They were delivered as desired and on time. I called the store to ask her to put a note on the bag so she knew they were from her parents and they did it without hesitation. The bagels were also great.

Unfortunately, I cannot leave a good review. During the appointment of the participant was not able to hear me as I gave the order, nor could I hear them how they spoke too fast and much too soft. I asked for a hazelnut slat. Long story short I ended up with a plan latte. When I informed that I had actually ordered a hazelnut salad, everything was said: that costs extra. Nothing like: I can do this for you or even for a Sorry, let me see what I can do. I didn't do anything about the mistake, but in the long run the latte sat in the garbage and left. It will be hard to return with such bad customer service. I've been serving clients for 20 years. Mistake. As you treat your mistakes makes the whole difference in the world to make a good customer experience, even though things go wrong first.

I love Big Apple! Their bagels are so good! They have a ton of bagel flavors to choose from as well as a good amount of cream cheese flavors. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We got our food pretty quickly. I recommend the cheddar and herb bagel with cheddar and bacon cream cheese.

Nice friendly mom and pop type feeling. Staff is nice and welcoming. Clean environment. Pricing is average. Food is delicious!! They also typically have a coupon in that monthly source book out there.
