サルワーレ - Suo-Oshima

The smoked tongue pizza was delicious! The crispy texture of the pizza crust, juicy tomatoes, and smoked tongue paired well together, giving it an overall healthy feel. I devoured half of the 30-centimeter pizza! The mentaiko pasta was also delicious. The restaurants in Suo Oshima all have amazing views. I would love to go back and eat there again!

I arrived at the restaurant around 12:30 on Monday and it wasn't too crowded, so we were able to enter smoothly. My 80-year-old mother and I ordered a lunch set for two. We tried the popular raw vegetable and smoked tongue pizza recommended by word of mouth. I chose the spicy tomato sauce for the pasta. The pizza was really delicious just as people had said. Even though I'm not a fan of tongue, I found it very tasty. The pizza was quite large, so I thought I could eat it all by myself, but we ended up sharing it with my mother because we also had pasta. The pasta was average... I guess. The pizza was excellent. The dough had a slightly rough texture, which was delicious. We enjoyed a luxurious time savoring delicious food while appreciating the Seto Inland Sea view.

It was very delicious. I ate on the deck, the sea breeze felt nice and the view was also good. I had homemade bacon pizza and Seto-style pasta. The staff were very friendly. When I come to Oshima for a gravesite visit, I will definitely have lunch here.

久しブリにまとまった時間が空いたので、周防大島へ行ってきました。 まずは「サルワーレ」というレストラン・カフェで腹ごしらえ。 以前、宇部の本店に行った際は予約でいっぱいだったタメに泣く泣く利用を諦めた人気店の2号店。 こちらのお店も、到着時、駐車場に多くの車が停まっていてさすがの人気店ブリでしたが、席にはまだ余裕あったようで、すぐに案内してもらえました。 どれも美味しそうなメニューのなかから今回は「生野菜とスモークタンのピザ」と「自家製ベーコンのピリ辛トマトソースのパスタ」をいただきました。 ピザのほうは、山盛りのタンと野菜をかための生地といっしょにガブリといくと、口の中でそれぞれの味がベストにマッチしてベストマッチな美味さ。唐辛子オイルをかけてもなおヨシ！ パスタのほうは、自家製ベーコンのスモークのカホリでピリ辛トマトソースが引き立たつ、幸せを感じる味であったよ。 海を臨む景色もすんばらしく、また行きたいお店です。 宇部の本店のほうにも行きたし…。

周防大島店に、初めていきました。相変わらずまいう〜なピザとパスタに感動です。まだ子供が小さいのでお気軽には行けませんが、ツーリングの時など、また大人を連れてお邪魔したいです。 スモークタンピザ最高ですよ 遠くても行く価値あります
