So after living IKEA I decided to place an order from here and pick it up, so I placed an order through the app for curbside pickup, however after arriving and waiting over 15 minutes I decided to get out and walk in to get my drinks. This is when I totally flipped out, I ask the lady? Hi I placed an order for curbside and I have been waiting for 15 minutes and no one came out, she?s like oh okay?.. like really????? She didn?t even care, then asked for my name, here?s when I notices my drinks were sitting there on the counter the whole time. This is unacceptable and ridiculous, terrible customer service and bad business. Never coming here again.
Every time I order a venti cup of green tea latte hot) here, I always got not even half of the cup. I noticed it because I drinked this a lot before, and when I started ordering at this location just moved to the area) , it felt super light, so I opened the lid to check?.gave me a disappointment! I just thought that maybe it was a busy time, so I kept giving them so many chances until today, I could not accept it anymore! Only when I gave them tips, then I will get a right size of cup, and when I don?t give them tips, I will just get the same thing all over it?s even tasteless sometimes too even though it?s described as ?4 scoops of greens tea in a venti size). They are totally cheating with their customers!!!! The picture I took this morning is with foam I ordered ?no foam?, but I still got it with foam, and even with foam, it was still at this level when I opened the lid, and when I arrived to work, it kept coming down to not even half of the cup) Really??? This is what I deserve to get after paying for a venti size every time???!!!
I have never been to a coffee shop as nice as this one. Both of my daughters are also regular customers at two different locations of the same chain. I have been a loyal customer for the past 5-6 years, and the staff at the location I frequent the most, both old and new, are incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. I have noticed that once they get to know regular customers like myself, they remember our names and always greet us with a smile. Even customers who do not visit often are still welcomed with a smile.
