The staff taking orders don't seem to have a good grasp of English, which leads to frequent mistakes with my orders. I once enjoyed this dish, but now it's become unappetizing, especially when I find hair in it.

It wasn't terrible. I think the Peruvian rice lacked something. But the white rice can go wrong with it! The wings could use some spices??????

I love the customer service loving the food I went to days in a row the second time was today I was disappointed that the salad dressing was outdated please you guys please pay attention to those things that can make people stop coming

The food is not that good to say the least. The rice was hard (under cooked). Also, if you?re a ?pescatarian? don?t bother getting the Pescado Criollo since it?s cooked and contains chicken skins in the criollo sauce. That was an unpleasant surprise, not what my coworker was expecting to see.

Additionally, I found it puzzling that many employees seemed to have little to no English speaking skills, and they didn't seem to make an effort to improve communication. The food was decent, but it didn’t settle well in my stomach, and I didn't feel particularly welcomed during my visit. It seemed like the staff primarily consisted of Hispanics, and I noticed a Hispanic woman behind me struggling to communicate in Spanish with the non-English speaking cashier.
