Indian Tadka - Sunnyvale

I think it 's a promising restaurant, but not there yet. They have a great dream, but putting into reality takes management skills. They lack those. They are overwhelmed and unorganized. The thought that they can just push out of the door or something not quite right and call it done put them in the amateur lane. Because they 're too busy they think they will be ok to not quite get it right. Today I got butter chicken with bones in every bite. The chicken was hard. The other dish was way too spicy and blew my mouth out. I did not receive 2 other items I ordered. I had to ask for a refund. Do I want to go to this restaurant again? No. The essence of good management is caring. They need to care a little bit more...

The biryani was damn bland. No taste at all. The quality has gone down considerably

Good, food was a bit spicier than expected for some of our guests, and rice was not provided with the meals, which was unusual compared to other restaurants. Some of the items online could use some detail about how much food is included in each order.

3.5 stars but rounding it up to a 4 due to friendly staff.Ordered the shrimp curry, chicken tikka masala, garlic naan and roti. I like how the curry and the tikka masala was flavorful, but the food would get progressively spicier and spicier. I've had my fair share of Indian food and all the spice was just right but this one was a tad just too much for me. I had to bring it to go to finish it the following day and even had to order an extra side of rice to go alongside with it. I would recommend coming here if you can tolerate high spicy tolerance. Garlic naan was good, but the roti was just mediocre ok.
