The perfect balance of spices and ingredients made it taste just like it does back in India. I opted for takeout and found that I had to add extra yogurt and chutney at home because it became dry by the time I had gotten there. However, if you eat in at the restaurant, this should not be an issue. I am looking forward to trying more items on their menu during my next visit.
We were so regular when they had the food truck in the corner! Great food but damn expensive! In general, I don’t get why these chat places charge so much while much of the food required many common simple ingredients as most abundantly available in USA these times. All these chat corners should keep prices more affordable and aim for more customers with consistent quality.
Ordered chatpata Aloo snack worst ever large chunks of aloo deep fried with chatpata masala over it for this it costed $9.99Plain samosa you can tell it was deep fried in RE-USED oil and had some smellPani poori, it was pathetic. stuffing was all frozen potato, with not much masala. liquid (straight from deep freezer) was like hajmola mix. We can do better at homeAny of their chat items are not made fresh ... just mix some stuff in your to-go box and doneQuite expensive as well, not at all great tasting food ... looks like after moving to permanent building, they are going to be closed soon with this type of food quality
Was eaten after an Indian street chaat and my taste buds were really happy here. ras malai was the special sweet of the day and I absolutely loved how it melted in my mouth. will definitely be back to visit.
CHOLE-BHATURE NOT DILLI-AUTHENTIC: Overrated and ExpensiveIt’s a nice place to go with friends and enjoy delicious delhi street food. Batata Sev poori chat, paranthas and chole-bhature are excellent. Jal-jeera drinks was a pleasant surpriseCons Too expensive, same/better delicious food available at lower price. One parantha for $9???Chole-Bhature are nice but not delhi-authentic. I come from delhi, this is not even close, it’s maida poori rather than a bhature.
