Huhot Mongolian Grill - Sun Prairie

Troy was an excellent server. We drove an hour just to visit this HuHot restaurant. It was clean and had a great atmosphere overall.

The service at the restaurant was excellent, and the food was average.

The restaurant is run-down and overpriced. We visited for lunch two years ago and enjoyed it, but our recent dinner experience was disappointing. The place looked even more run-down than before, with a dirty sauce bar and overall cleanliness issues. The bathroom was dirty and poorly maintained, with an employee neglecting to properly clean it. The food options for dinner were limited and not worth the high prices. Even a baby, who doesn't eat, was charged for. The total cost for a family of five, including the non-eating baby, was nearly $80, which seemed excessive for the quality of the experience. Additionally, there was a tip jar for the grillers who seemed to focus only on grilling the food and not providing any additional service. They appeared rushed and kept to themselves without engaging with customers.

Hard working staff, delicious food, worth the drive from Hwy 90. Thanks Troy and Maggie.

Food great staff friendly and place clean. Too bad restaurant is closing on July 24, 2022. Will go again before closing just to support the staff.
