Good food, served efficiently but charmlessly. Don’t expect to pay with your Amex the only place we encountered in two weeks in Canada that doesn’t accept North America’s favourite card.

Besides Capones, my favorite restaurant in Sun Peaks. Don't miss breakfast. The cranberry sourdough is perfection. Wings or burgers on the terrace for lunch or apres ski. Clean, great atmosphere and funky decor. Alissa our breakfast server was friendly and attentive

I noticed some negative reviews yesterday. Our family has often eaten here for the last 12 years and pubbed. We had a great experience here regularly. This is my lucky place on the hill. I understand the frustration of some yesterday posts as the Cahilty Creek can be quite busy in the afternoon. If we're too busy, we just go to one of the other pubs. The first time at Sun Peaks from outside Seattle. Great place from the beaten bathroom, but as walkable as any other restaurant in the village. Food was fantastic and they have a children's table for our group without hesitation. The pig's belly starter was my favorite! Shayna was on the server and so great with the kids. I forgot to place my appetizer and they rushed him to get it out before dinner. Will the next season be back safely!

Once you get to the busy tourist restaurants, find great places like Cahilty Creek, sitting on the terrace and watching how the mountain bikers come on the hill, great service, delicious food, a certain stop!
