Arby's - Sun City West

For years. That was the first time I was here. It was good. The customers were kind of sneaky and give the workers a hard time. I guess because it's in Sun City where you have older people who were very impatient. This lady named Isabella was sacked and was super nice. The other workers also seemed very good. The manager seemed to give everyone a hand during the busy time I left. Overall, very good!

I used the Drive Thru 3 times and the short time frame of each line indicates that the staff must be moved really quickly and efficiently. I think this is very much about her concern for the cartridges. Meals were hot and each bag came with abundant napkins and spices without even asking my. Big GROUP! I will definitely promote this place.

I got an alert for the $1, $2, $3 items available only on the app. It was too good to pass up. I decided to try the Sun City West location. I entered and saw Girl Power going on. I expected really good service. The order taker was very professional and knowledgeable in the workings of the store. I was having trouble getting the app to complete my order. I tried 3 times and the cashier helped a 4th time. We kept getting the Oops! Something went wrong message. Meanwhile, the manager did not help. Also the Door Dash and Uber people were coming and not finding the orders ready. When we mentioned that maybe the system was down the manager said we would just have to pay full price. Nothing she could do. At that point we were about to leave. The young cashier did the math and came up with an alternative way we could pay around the same price. The kitchen was really slow for some reason. Finally the manager figured out that their internet was not connected or something. That 's a half hour of my life I 'll never get back. I appreciate the young cashier for her efforts to help Even though by law she could not pull our orders. So we waited even longer. Then we got cold dried out curly fries. They really should have thrown that whole bag away. The sandwiches and shakes were good. I think these fast food restaurants in Sun City and Sun City West need to let the managers authorize an override for when the apps are not working for whatever reason. It 's happened alot.
