Mallard Lake Dixie Springs - Summit

This place is not what it used to be and it saddens me. my best friend had her reception here; the food and drinks were great THEN. i went there recently with my mom just to have drinks and an appetizer, it was disappointing. the duck tenders i got were great (just needed a little more sauce). the drink i got which was ‘the relaxer’ was not at all relaxing. it was basically juice : . i am very disappointed i spent $10 on a drink that barely has any alcohol in it. i also had 3 different servers, i was confused on who to call for what. i will stick with Tortilla Soup from now on

Everything about this restaurant was great. The Mallard was a very unique class look feeling. The staff and greeter with was very nice. Our waiter was awesome, the staff also worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up our food. The food was fresh and awesome. Great atmosphere with really nice people.

I had not been since it was remodeled. The food and service was fantastic. My only complaint is that it is not elderly friendly. I didn't see an easy way in or out for the mobility challenged.

The fried duck is amazing! It was my favorite. The cheese cake was very delicious as well.. I feel like they need more of a selection on sweet dessert wines but all and all it was great. Staff was friendly
