Smashburger - Sugar Land

This is now my third negative experience at two different locations. The food has consistently been terrible, and the service has been disappointing as well. The staff seems unable to handle orders correctly; even though the name on the bag was correct, the contents were for someone named Paulette. The burgers were cold and dried out, with the cheese congealed into a solid mass. To make matters worse, the burgers were loaded with bacon, which is unacceptable for my wife and her family, as they are all Muslims and could not eat the meal at all. Additionally, no one at the restaurant could process a refund, so we were left to complain to the corporate office to retrieve our money. Overall, I highly recommend choosing another place for online orders—there are plenty of better options in the area.

The fries are amazing! I miss them ever since I left Austin. I have to stop by and get my fix.

I give this restaurant two stars for its friendly staff and pleasant interior. However, the food and pricing really deserve a zero. I ordered a mushroom Swiss cheese burger based on a personal recommendation, but it was barely bigger than a child's meal and was overly salty. The fries and drinks added another 10 euros to the bill. They even ask for tips. Be prepared to spend around 30 euros for an average meal if you're not too hungry.

Enjoy the food here on a Friday night! A can-go place and no never-miss place! Burger was right. The patty was little dry and fragile and did not hold together. Not the best burger I had, but at the same time, not the bad one..

Shakes are trash, service was bad. Fat girl with red hair had an attitude for no reason I asked if the shakes came with toppings and started mumbling under her breath. Double classic was small. Prices are definitely not reasonable. Could?ve went anywhere else for better burgers and shakes. Only thing good was the smash burger fries with that olive oil.
