Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

This is the worst fast food place I have ever been to. They randomly close all the time. You can never actually count on going there. I’m sure they have staffing issues like everyone else, but they handle it poorly. One day I waited in line for 30 minutes and finally got to the window to order at 5:01, and they let me know they just closed. Today, I waited in line for 10 minutes and got to the window right at 4:00 and they said they just closed. If they have to close early, they should put more than one sign up so people don’t waste time waiting in line for nothing. I will never even waste my time trying to go there again and I hope they close for good. They might as well

I'm growing EXTREMELY frustrated with this location; this company in general. It's not like these restaurants are on every corner. The one over by ChesSq mall closes early now? Ok. I get it. Short-staffed? I guess. But THIS location just makes up their hours daily. No warning. This happens so often that I try and call every time before I take the unnecessary drive all the way over here. They never answer the phone and then guess what... CLOSED before the posted hours!! And they act like putting a sign up saying that they're closing early helps. How?! How am I supposed to know that you don't feel like sticking it out today for the extra 2 hours it would take to close on time?? It's ridiculous and I will most certainly be reporting this store to corporate.

I think that Zaxes Chicken Fingers are as good as any I've had.Chicken Sandwich is good , also.This location does a consistently fine job with it's offerings.

This place regularly closes 4-5 hours early seemingly every night. they say there's staff shortages but they're right at the heart of a busy area with stores all over, not a single one of them has to close THAT early EVERY day. I'm so frustrated driving 20+ minutes to go there only to see a sign printed out saying sorry we closed at 5 today I understand things may get tough, but that was the 4th time just this month. If you can't handle staffing your normal hours, then change your normal hours and offer jobs worth working.

Bad customer service, the people working the drive through were really rude. I just wanted to order a sandwich without all the attitude.
