Beautiful spacious complex in an idyllic atmosphere. I was booked here as a wedding DJ. Unfortunately, this was the last event in the great location as the company was closed, which I find really bad. The location is very nicely decorated. The buffet was the first cream, the chefs have given everything and a wonderful buffet! The staff was super nice, motivated and consistently good mood. Pleasant place to celebrate and dance. The beautiful restaurant beautifully situated in nature, surrounded by forest and meadows is absolutely recommended. Here you can feel the hospitality and kindness, because you will receive it like that. It is offered very good cakes, or also regional and fresh dishes. The food not only looks well prepared, it tastes like that. In summer you can sit wonderfully outside but also in winter it is cozy inside and invites you to stay. Free parking is available. Price performance is absolutely fine. If you want to take a walk after dinner, there are a lot of ways to get rid of calories. Have fun! The inn is a family business, for a long time. Beautifully situated in the forest, right next to the museum village. In beautiful weather you can take your coffee outside on the meadow, or in front of the house, nice in efeu-grown niches. Fast, professional, delicious homemade cakes. Excellent for events. A big room can be divided with partitions, I guess there are 100 people in it. All access to the garden or garden meadow around the house. You are flexible with special requests (even if suddenly more people than planned) nice staff, even if a celebration sometimes takes place in the morning. The food is rural, and if it suits, wild also comes on the map. Here is cooked by hand and not out of the plastic bag, and you notice that and taste above all. Recommendation all around.

Well. Somehow it doesn't fit right. The house on the Landtagsplatz right next to the beautiful museum village would have the best conditions for wonderful ambience and ground-level cuisine. However, it has many small corners. The path from the parking lot to the entrance carries a certain romance. An old farmhouse with barn on the edge of the forest. You go directly to the lovingly renovated facade. Really great! The welcome was also very warm and we took place in the classically decorated Jägerstube. However, the special level could not be maintained much further. The service seemed simply overwhelmed. The drinks took a long time and was partly forgotten. The food of the Easter buffet was unfortunately at best ok . The fish was kept warm too long and was accordingly dry, there was a lot of salt on the lamb and the Reh Köttbullar were not refilled even after waiting and hint. The cold buffet was, on the whole, just what one expects from a cold buffet, but unfortunately no longer. The dessert selection consisted of apple food (divine food like), gods' food and mocha cream. The latter was actually quite delicious, but I will not get rid of the feeling that these and the gods' food were simply enchanted by Dr Oetker. Perhaps this was only due to the full house in the course of the Easter Buffet, but in this case one should question his capacities. I think that is more satisfactory for all those involved. Regardless of this, I would definitely like to give the house a chance on the Landtagsplatz. I feel that you can do better here!
