Przekaż informację zwrotnąI've been coming to this place for two years. Today I felt uncomfortable and asked my child to order. unfortunately the order went with party chips instead of big. So I went to fix it, but in no way did they accept it. they said it was already paid and they had nothing to do with the others, really? I am very disappointed that I have given my support for a local family business, but they do not really care about customer satisfaction. I'm sure I can find other fish and chips, but they'll never see us again.
Could not take a telephone order to save yourself. when the manager went back to sort it was very rude and with regard to what we paid. I just wanted to order the right one. she made it worse than it had to be. the food was in the average.
Hmm I’ll be polite, or at least try to be try to be. I ordered Ab combo with soft drink .. didn’t get a soft drink. Sauces on AB tomato BBQ and garlic received oily chips flavourless chicken and lamb bbq tomato and gre k yoghurt. $28 someone needs to have a good shard look at themselves
The customer service was good and the food tasted nice.
Very good quality and great value! Lovely chicken, chips and salads for lunch today.
