Fortune Garden - Studley

What happened to such a wonderful Chinese? We have used Fortune Garden for years and the food has always been delicious. I couldn’t understand why there were so many bad reviews recently but only last week it all changed. We ordered last week and it took nearly three hours to arrive! Then tonight it was two hours and when it arrived it was cold and they completely missed an entire meal which we paid for. When we called the chap told us he would refund a hung up! I think this business has been sold and the people running it have absolutely no idea. I am sad to say this after all of these years but we won’t be ordering ever again and my advice would be to avoid and go elsewhere.

To be honest, Completely disappointed with them I used to go here from time to time in past and they have gone downhill slowly I've known this place for over 20 years and feel that they were decent before like years ago but now there cheap and effective the chicken is so dry the rice was the same only assumption I could make is. it was microwaved 10 mins before arrival unfortunately this is the 3rd bad cheap food I've had from there so never again Gl in the future Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
