Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Strongsville

I think I'm done giving this place a chance. Last three times I've gone, my order has been wrong. First they made my salad into a wrap and looked completely confused when I brought it back. No one offered to remake it and I was stuck eating a heavy wrap Idid not want. They also always forget dressing. Always have to go back in after I've checked my bag. Last time they forgot mychips and put chicken in my salad when I asked for a vegetarian option. The girls working there have no clue what theyre doingand need training. Stay away from this place.

I had my doubts about TSC because of what other people have shared with me, but i honestly very much enjoyed my experience! great friendly staff, and efficient with making my order!

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a good place to get a Smoothie for lunch or quick bit. I Recommend trying it out if you like Fruit Smoothies overall!

Food is good. The girl at the register with the masculine demeanor still needs to have customer service despite how tough she is. I said thank you and this rat replied, YUP! Girl this isn 't East Cleveland. At least act like you have some couth.

This was my first time visiting this place. It's been in my local area for quite some time, just never really had the urge to go there. Upon the suggestion of a friend we went through the drive thru. Staff was friendly, service was decently quick for beinga fairly long line, shortly before closing time. My drink was great!! I'm kicking myself for not going here sooner. There are soany options to customize your drink to your exact liking. Absolutely delicious, I will definitely be back very soon!!
