Subway - Strongsville

Amazing Custumer Service! Food was good and looked fantastic!! the employee under the name Amber is great,

They made your food without feeling bad for them to work. They were congenial without going overboard. And the food was good.

There are several concerning issues with this particular Subway location. Firstly, I was asked if I wanted bacon on a sandwich that already advertised it included bacon. Secondly, I received only half the amount of cheese that was supposed to come on my foot-long sandwich. Thirdly, the portions of chicken were small, and the meats were hidden behind a shield that made it difficult to see what I was getting. Lastly, I was charged for a more expensive sandwich than the one I actually ordered. It seems like there may be some mismanagement at this franchise that needs to be addressed.

I ordered a meatball sub from this restaurant about 7 months ago. The employee told me it would take a little while, so I went to use the restroom while I waited. Unfortunately, I was sexually attacked during that time and had to seek help. Despite the unfortunate incident, I must say that the sandwich was pretty good, so I would rate it 4 out of 5.

Absolutely a Joke Subway stay away.
