King Dragon - Strongsville

We've been here for years. Tonight after we picked up our order, we realized that they had the court of my husband wrong. He ordered the same exact dish a few days ago and had no problems. When he called them and told them, they agreed to revive it (after a few minutes argue with him). When he came there, they refused to return to him any kind of credit for inconvenience. In fact, they did not even apologize to get the order wrong! In my opinion, this is not how you treat every customer, especially people who have been supporting your business for years! We will now look for a new place to take over.

Discovering that this takes place a few years ago and it quickly became our way for Chinese food as they offered good food at a good price. Recently, their overall quality and consistency have been greatly reduced. On our last trips we noticed that the chicken they use for dishes such as Orange Chicken or General Tso is now a very cheap and bread heavy frozen product. It's not better than anything from the grocery store. The orange chicken sauce has no pronounced taste (requires more orange, some heat, and some acid). The noodles in the lo mine are always overcooked as mushy. Even white rice was wet and muddy. Space like these have automatic rice cookers there is no excuse for terrible rice. The Pork Egg Rolls were good after time. Lately, our orders are finished in less than 10 minutes. On the one hand, speed and convenience is great. But if you think about it, a lot of the food we get will probably just sit around and reheat for a few minutes. This would explain why many articles are overcooked. We noticed that prices have also risen. The price increases are completely expected at the moment, but the quality should not be worse. So many Chinese places take shortcuts today, and this place seems no exception. It's disappointing to know how good this place was a few years ago.

The food was decent, but screaming from the back of the restaurant ruined the experience for me. Sounds like an argument that went ahead, but made me feel uncomfortable as a paying customer.

They used to be my favorite Chinese takeouts. Last time, I'm so disappointed! Chicken under boiled and chicken broccoli isn?t even chicken and broccoli! They began to add paprika, mushrooms and carrots in CHICKEN BROCCOLI! Why? Why would you screw it up? I was soooo disappointed with my $25 dinner. I gave them too many chances and it gets worse and worse. I'm done! I'm a chicken broccoli pick and judge as it looks. Yes!

As an uber driver just found this place. Tired of the fast food chains. Gave it a try and the food was good.pretty sure i showed up at close and they still served me. So props for that. I havent eaten chinese in awhile and couldnt decide what i wanted the lady at the front helped me make that decision. Only reason im not giving it 5 stars is cuz they should probably clean the front window where u order. Bugs stuck in there.
