Price increases and the quality of the food portion decreases each time I go here. My favorite place has joined the greed of society and has cut way back on portion. Not to mention the customer service at this location was sub par. Two very rude and unprofessional employees, (the preparers of the bowl at least Cashier had great customer service! Maybe a bad day and I won't give up but don't turn into a Chipotle!
Ordered online. When I got home and looked at the meal I ordered, it was missing 4 toppings, including one I paid extra for, without explanation. I understand there are supply shortages but if you're out of a basic ingredient like carrots at 5:30 pm, it should be marked on the website. Will only ever be ordering in person, at least that way i won't be surprised and disappointed.
Came in at 9:40pm store closes at 10. I work in a grocery store so I know it’s annoying when people come in late, but I save my sarcastic comments until they’re gone. I don’t immediately give them attitude as soon as they come in. A dark haired guy who served my friend and I immediately gave us attitude and had sarcastic comments for us as soon as we started ordering. I’ve never written a review on here, but his behavior felt so unwarranted I thought I should say something. I don’t think I’ll eat here again.
Went to get dinner and it was way less than satisfactory and it started right at the start of the serving line. This is the second time in a row that the problems started with the first employee that I encountered. This is the person that gives you either rice or greens. This bowl was for my wife who wanted greens. The greens bowl behind the counter was empty and the guy was just standing there when he asked me what I wanted. I told him to start with greens. He just stood there looking around at the other employees who were busy with customers and just stood there for about 30 seconds expecting someone to figure out what he wanted. Finally he went off looking for the greens. As you go down the line you get whatever you want. When I asked for anything more than one scoop of an item he would look at me like I was crazy. Next, not all of the bins had anything in them. It was like they wanted to get rid of certain items and not things that are more popular, like cheese, which had to be refilled at that point. Now, to make this perfectly clear this was nearer to the end of dinner hour and not anywhere near closing time. There really was no excuse for not being properly stocked at that point. There is a condiment stand after you receive your food and pay for it. It was a mess. It was filthy, it had no cups for sauces, there were exactly 6 lids and they were out of teriyaki, and yumyum sauce. You go somewhere to eat and it might not be as good as expected once. Two in a row usually means there's a problem somewhere and this Bibibop in Strongsville definitely has problems.
