Hello Bistro - Strip District

This place used to be perfect. They have significantly dropped in their overall quality.

First time visiting since COVID. Really disappointed that they don't chop the salads any more. And the reason due to COVID? What doe that have to do with chopping and mixing a salad. It's already being handled by the workers. And the salads got smaller. Still good food. Will go again. Just disappointed

The service here is quick and friendly and the atmosphere is fine, even somewhat cosy for a quick bites place like this. What brings it down to three stars for me, however, is the burgers. They aren't juicy nor particularly flavorful and taste comparable to fast food burgers. I've tried this place twice and twice have had the same experience. Were they to improve their burger recipe I could see this place earning five stars in my eyes. Credit where credit is due, their fries are quite good.

We came at 7pm on a Sunday, there was literally no one else in the store ordering. There were three workers who were all working diligently to get the restaurant clean so that they could leave for the night, clearly this was there only focus here. Giving us service was the afterthought, they really just wanted to get out of there. My food was made incorrectly, all of of fries were cold and soggy and under fried. It’s gonna be a whole before we visit this location again, they need to hire real management not the jokes for managers that they have right now.

Great place. I work on the south side but this was my first visit. Friendly quick service and the food was great. I attempted to go to Burger King first but for some reason they didn't have any burgers??! They did me a favor. I got a burger combo there for about the same price and it was excellent. Kudos my friends! I'll be back.
