Steak 'n Shake - Streetsboro

We were served by Mary tonight, at least I hope I remember her name correctly because she was amazing! The restaurant was very busy and she was the only waitress on the floor and she seemed so quiet and professional, although I am sure she was stressed. I have a single instead of a double, which is what I ordered, and she let me hold the single and had my right order with fresh frits in less than 2 minutes. She really went beyond and beyond to fix a small mistake. Will definitely return.

Great service Great food! Even tho the cook was a little behind (the restaurant was packed) our server was fantastic and treats it well.

Typical steak and shake motif. Super friendly staff and fast service. Typically, 10 minutes would wait just to order OTHER LOCATIONS that have now closed. The order was exactly and well packed to get out.

Very clean and presentable, family friendly. Traditional diner experience. Waitress was courteous and friendly. The food was great. The guacamole burger was so soft it practically melted as I bit into it. The kit Kat milkshake was really good too. Will definitely be visiting these chain locations more often.
