I went in at 2:23pm today and had used my reward on an online order. I went in to pick it up and the nightmare began from there. She asked me if I wanted it toasted which I replied to with yes and she didn't toast it. I wanted mayo and caesar as my dressings and she only put mayo. Those are little mistakes so I overlooked them. She had the receipt for my order in her hands that I had placed online and once she was done making it she refused to give me my sub until I paid for it. I had already used my reward on the online order I placed, the order was paid for!! I showed her my e-mail confirmation and order number along with the transaction. But yet she denied me my food!! I said I would call the manager and left. As I am sitting in my car on the phone the man who works the gas desk ran my sub out to me and said she made a mistake and that she had the receipt, but probably just got confused. I've worked fast food there was no need for this confusion when all she had to do was listen to me and look at what I was showing her. I have never experienced this EVER before anywhere. This woman needs to be fired!!! Will never be returning to this location ever again! The worst experience of my life at any fast food place.

We enjoy the subs, but we're disappointed that they used a toaster oven tonight instead of the grilling press. The grilled buns were the best. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We 've ordered from here a couple of times using the Skip the Dishes app. Our orders have been packaged very well so the bread doesn 't get soggy and we 've had no issues with leaking sauce or dressing. We 've ordered pickle spears as a side and not only could one make a MEAL out of those DELICIOUS pickles but again they 're packaged and packed well so the pickle juice is contained and doesn 't ruin everything else in the bag. The subs (always one veggie and cheese, one meat) are made with quality, fresh ingredients. The toppings are plentiful without being too much; afterall it 's a sandwich and I want to be able to hold it to eat it without sauce and toppings falling out and making a mess. If you 're someone who enjoys putting chips in your sandwich for a crunch, try the crispy onions on your sub! They add an awesome crunch without a pungent onion taste. The little touches too like the staff labelling the subs and putting a happy face or writing thanks are very simple but yet meaningful customer service. This Mr Sub knows that it has a quality product so it doesn 't need to be anything more than a great sandwich shop with terrific customer service.
