The delivery was timely, and the food arrived in a sealed, large white bag from the restaurant. Unfortunately, our meal was ruined because the seasoned fries were missing from our order. We tried to call the restaurant, but after 30 minutes of unsuccessful attempts, we gave up as the phone just went to voicemail. It was disappointing that we couldn't speak to someone about our missing item. Just Eat only offered a £2.40 refund, which was inadequate. Our evening was supposed to be a relaxing meal before our son returned to university, but this experience with Miller and Carter Washford was a letdown. We won't be ordering from them again as it's frustrating to not be able to contact the restaurant when experiencing an issue. Additionally, there was no response to our voicemail message, showing a lack of care from the restaurant. Our order number was 9905.
Bridget provided fantastic service at the restaurant. She was very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and I am looking forward to visiting again soon. Thank you!
We had to make a last-minute reservation for a party of four after finding out that The Mailbox had closed due to a flood. The food was delicious and our server, Toni, was lovely and friendly. We will definitely be returning.
My husband and I enjoyed a nice meal and good service. The waterwheel in the centre of the restaurant is an interesting piece of history.
Another visit to Millers and another superb experience. Outstanding food and the service from Toni was exceptional. Never been disappointed at any of your venues. Thankyou.
