Chili's Grill - STOWE

Nice atmosphere, nice, pleasant and professional staff and good food. Many choices available but some are a little pricey. Otherwise I highly recommend this restaurant.

Mother's day meal with my best friend and it was laughable. In a slow section our waitress was in the weeds. Appetizers took 30 minutes for the items they had on hand and over an hour for nachos... no drink refills, no Appetizer plates were dropped with our food, no sugar in the table for tea. And to boot, our waitress slammed our drinks down and spilled tea everywhere and walked away. The nachos arrived missing half the ingredients and no extra guac which we were paying extra. Unbelievable. I know places are short staffed, but this service was inexcusable

We went in shortly before 8 pm to get dinner when walking through the dining room we saw a small amount of food laying on the floor in the dining room this should have been assigned to turn around and walk out but unfortunately we did not. I do not recall the waitresses name but she was great to the girl that was new and took our order promptly and kept us up-to-date and ensured us our food was coming out which took about 40 minutes and there were only four other table seated in the dining room. When the food came the black bean fajita was almost unrecognizable as what it was supposed to be. It was a chopped up veggie burger on top of some rancid vegetables, the steak that had been waiting there for the fajitas to be done came out completely cold and rubbery. Both plates of food were inedible our waitress still being very polite said she would get a manager for us but I'm guessing the manager did not want to talk to us because we never saw him or her I can't imagine they were very busy with only four other table seated I'm guessing they're just not very good at their job. They did give us the food for free oh, not that we eat any of it and on the way out the small amount of food was still sitting there in the dining room. I counted five servers there was four table seated in the dining room and then some in the bar area and a host yet no one had the time to keep the dining room clean. This particular location is absolutely pathetic, whoever the manager is he's absolutely horrible at their job and should find something they are better at. Don't even get me started on the cooks This was on Tuesday May 10th 8 p.m. if it weren't for the excellent service of the waitress I would want to give zero Stars

The food was acceptable. More PDG is needed with the quesadillas. Service was meh. Place was not very busy.I wouldn't retun to this location though because everywhere I looked it was dirty! I wanted to leave but it was my Mom's choice for Mother's Day. I was highly disappointed. I watched as a table was cleaned. He just pushed what was on the table, food bits, paper onto the floor and left it there. Next guests will be stepping in all that, gross! Our table, same thing. I pushed the floor food, fries, etc., to the side. It was clear to see where it's coming from. Ladies room was disgusting and dirty as well. We had a dirty, broken checkout thing on our table. If it's broken, why have it on a table. The server immediately knew it was broke when we were ready to checkout. Laziness or what? You could also see the after wipe film on everything they cleaned. Is it really clean???

Eating well, but service was super slow. 30 minutes for 2 salads seems a little long.
