Panera Bread - Stow

The tables were dirty. but the main concern was we explained to give a bread that was chewable. we decided on blt. horrible was of money. untoasted. chilled ingredients but the bread we had to take off. was like old stale bread. we couldn’t tear with our hands. i took both plates to a manager. he just said next time get white bread instead of remaking. such a waste of money.

Food is never ready on time on rapid pick up always runs late!

Ordered chipotle chicken sandwich and onion soup but only got plain chicken sandwich with lettuce. Food was garbage never will come here again.

The quality has gone down while prices have gone way up. Can't justify these prices for half meal fast food.

This is the best Panera around, great staff, food is prepared properly. Great Asiago Sausage sandwich.
