Romana Pizza Wings - Stoney Creek

I have visited so many times this place and prices for the pizza and pizza with wings are very decent. Always I order from this place, Party size pizza great for 4 or 5 people enough. The staff is very good specially the young girl working there is verysweet and nice with customers???? I love this place

I placed an order for delivery tonight the same way I always do, I then called the store to ask if I could add onto my order since I was paying cash and was told by a female employee that they actually decided to CANCEL my order because they were toobusy? She then said I could come pick it up but that the delivery driver had already left with two other orders and would not bereturning to the store to deliver mine, note that my house is LITERALLY a two minute drive from the store. When I was asking herwhy that was able to happen considering I had already placed my order she said ?okay thank you bye? and hung up on me. Afterattempting to call back to pick up my order all 8 of my calls were ignored. Absolutely not how you run a business.

I like this pizza place because price and service is perfect here. Customer service is too good. Very decent price. Their chicken wings combo with piza are very decent. I always order from them on special occasions. #thebestplace????

Tgis place is best for pizza. All the time I order customer service is very fast and they are very friendly. Prices are very decent for wings and pizza. I love this place i will recommend to everyone to for order. We love this place, the best pizzaplace.

First experience with this place was when I ordered delivery on Sept 2nd and asked for green peppers on only half the pizza. The green peppers were on all the slices except for two complementary slices. Soured my experience a bit as my guests were upset butthe taste of the pizza and honey garlic wings were excellent. In my opinion, best wings of all the local pizza places aroundhere. So I ordered again tonight Sept 10th around 8:25 pm for pick up at 9:30 pm, giving ample time. Well the guy gave me thebag of wings and dropped them on the floor. Didn't apologize, just handed it to me to pay. Didn't even check if the wings wereokay. So I checked myself when I got to the car and the entire order (pizza and wings) was completely wrong. When I went backin and said my order was wrong, there was still no apology or even asked what my actual order was. All the staff just ran intothe back at this point. I spoke up to re-order and they had to make everything from the start again. This added another 30minutes to my night. I asked multiple times for the owner but no one spoke up until I directly asked the girl in charge if shewas the owner and she had told me the owner wasn't in that night. Fair to her, she was visually frazzled and didn't know how toremedy the situation as she was getting pushback from her staff (she said the guy was arguing back with her and you coulddefinitely hear it). She also apologized multiple times and said she didn't know what to do in a situation like this. Mysuggestion is to start marking the brown bags of wings and pizza boxes as none of them I noticed had any labelling. Not thathard to just use a sharpie. Food tastes great compared to other pizza places so I'll be back but be wary of wrong orders asthey seem frequent. Check your order before you leave.
