Kfc - Stoney Creek

We have been over 15 years ordering from this location occasionally for the folks at work. This location, has never been top quality as other KFC locations near by. But from bad it become terrible. For the past 2 years, the chicken and specifically the gravy doesn’t taste as what it supposed to taste. I had enough, never ever would I ever eat anything from this place. Not sure why they don’t follow KFC food standards. I challenge someone from corporate to go and check how they make the gravy and chicken at this location, absolutely disgusting.

The server was friendly but I could hear a noise like a loud bang fall on the floor with a heavy crash over the intercom at drive thru. I heard a metallic bang over the intercom which suggests to me that someone dropped something big and heavy like a bowl or a rack. I used to work at one I know these noises) I got a three piece with a thigh and a leg, fries and am iced tea. they are definitely cheating on the spice blend because there was a muddy taste to the skin had a slightly greenish tinge to it. likely an herb they're told to use. The texture was very odd but I dismissed it. my dads pop corn chicken tasted like it too. I have been sick since Tuesday and my stomach pretty much hates everything I eat now. I was fine before I ate here. it's a little late to get a refund now but i do have some advice. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.

VILE GARBAGE!!! Went through the drive-thru today (20/1/2022) on Hwy 8, in Stoney Creek, Ontario just to grab a chicken sandwich. 5 minutes after I drove away, I took a bite. It was so repulsive, I had to pull over and spit it out! It tasted like a mouth full of battery acid! It took me hours to get the taste out of my mouth and my stomach was queasy the rest of the afternoon! Didn’t eat anything else until dinner. I immediately drove back to return the remains of the disgustingness they had served me and demanded a refund, which they reluctantly provided. The clerk didn’t even look at the sandwich to see its condition, she just threw it out. After throwing out the sandwich, the clerk said I’d have to go back through the drive-thru to get a refund. I said; “You’re 3 feet away from the drive-thru register, you can’t walk over there and give me a refund?!?” Thankfully, I took pictures of the sandwich which looks nothing like KFC’s advertisements. #FallingDown1993 I’ve already notified KFC corporate and will also notify Hamilton Public Health! A zero star rating wasn’t possible, and one star is being overly generous! Nauseatingly GROSS!!!

Husband picked up 10 PC. Bucket and 3 Large Sides. Totally discusting. He only waited 5 minutes for everything chicken was refried you could tell dark brown, fries were still cold/raw in middle, Coleslaw not the same no flavor what so ever. Scared to try the macaroni salad. Never again not worth $35.00 Swanson chicken TV dinners have more flavor

Had the Big Crunch Box. Lots of food for the price. Food was hot and customer service was great. I'll be back!
