Still upset they charge top price at the BX. They think 85 percent of the military is rich. Nothing comes cheap for all of us. Clothes prices are crazy. Someone help us on Lackland fix this crazy prices.

Manager was very very rude i have ordered my drinks and i went to go get it instead of handing it or giving it to their employees she lefted in the back until she felt like handing it to me also they don't like giving a lot of Ice in a small cup instead so little that is not okay this need to be handled
I am a returning customer to this certain Starbucks. Not because I want too because might be the worst Starbucks I've ever been too. The employees are rude and dont even know how to speak with the guest. The manager has to be even worse. He didnt even acknowledge me when I was ordering and when he did he was very rude and mean. I don't know what kinda of teams you hire but this one is terrible. Ordering a simple tea which should only take maybe 2 minutes especially if you're the only person in line. I had to wait more than 5 minutes for a basic hot tea! If there was a more convenient coffee place to take my business I would!
