Ordered this through Door Dash. Burned and the burger was supposed to have avacodo but had none.
I ALWAYS get cheese fries and a milkshake. This is one of my absolute favorite places to order from here in San Antonio! I've tried a few of their sandwiches over the years (obviously recommend the burgers! as well and have loved everything I've gotten! S.A. Burgo Co. Is a weekend and payday staple at my place! Best place to grab a bite :
They’ve got delicious burgers but the price is just too expensive. Close to 20$ for a Cheeseburger Combo with taxes included??
Typically I don’t write reviews but this one causes for one . Let me start when I first walked in I wasn’t greeted , cashier was walking around doing whatever he was doing as I stood at the register. Could’ve atleast said “be right with you” or anything along those lines. Ok fine anyways he finally comes over and once still no greeting . Not even a “what can I get for you”? So I just start my order and ask what comes on the western burger which was a special they was running today and he tells me but he says it’s very low as if he had to repeat his self to me already. I barely even heard what he said but his attitude just didn’t seem right per usual when I go and get food there . So I just say ok and order the special anyways . Long story short my food comes out and brings it to my table and just puts it down and walk away . Didn’t ask if I needed anything , not an “enjoy” literally nothing the least he could’ve done was smile… I really used to like this place but the customer service is is just terrible by this guy. I’m not sure if he’s the only cashier but everytime I come here it’s always him here and he never seems like he wants to be there … I get it . It’s a job not everyone want to work but if he can’t do the very least in customer service and smile I don’t think he should be there . Next few customers comes up and he’s talking loud and clear with them and don’t seem irritated? Maybe it’s my race? I’ve been nothing but respectful as always.. was planning on getting desert after I ate but his attitude made me lose my appetite and if I’m being honest had ruined my evening…This will be my last time coming here . Props to the owners and the cooks for always being respectful but the cashier guy needs to be retrained or needs to resign and maybe go work a warehouse job where customer service doesn’t matter .
