The first 2 times , the phone went straight to voicemail then every call after that , someone picked up the phone and hung up on me . I can literally hear the person breathing and shuffling the phone and then they hung up . If this is how this establishment deals with paying customers , this location will be closed soon enough .
I have placed my order over the mobile app as I expected to cut time as it should be convenient. I came that my order was finished and I checked it, the articles were wrong. I ask and buy all apartments ready to pay the extra $5 without problem. I was greeted by a male cook who worked to correct my order, which was apologetic and friendly. the manager asked me what was wrong to correct my order. because I am pushed for the time (what is why I have put the order over the app for convenience, I just wanted the $5 plus tax back to move it my day. she said she couldn't because I paid online. now I am waiting for 15 to 20 minutes to food that should have been right when I buy it 30 minutes before the purchase. I also ask that I get “fresh Pommes” because I have to wait an additional 30 minutes for food that would have done 30 minutes before buying in the app. the manager slick back bun and mol (the only identifiable marker I can remember, as I could not get her name) denied my question. “It’s nothing wrong with the fries,” she said. No not straight, but they will be cold after I wait a few minutes for my eating. I have requested a refund for the full amount, as their customer service is below sub par and refused it again as an “online order”. ZERO's customer service skills should seek the employment of workers where they are not related to generality. more than she stared that she wanted ro make sure that I had more lively food when she was in the died with which she was joined. zero stars!
The personal must be trained on the customer service. no greeting. waited and asked if they commanded to take and the girl with dreads gets an employment because I asked. very bad customer service!
They do pretty good at this place. sometimes it gets busy, but in the rule it is worth waiting. try the fries with lemon pepper seasoning!
Wingstop is great! this special has a very friendly and helpful staff, every time I arrive. there are many wings today, as we all know, but this is one that gets a vote from me.
