She said I couldn't change anything. Bad customer service for the manager. Then I asked to talk to her and she refused. I lost a customer.
Aweful, chicken placed under the light and dried and fritted cold. Cashiers playing around in the ride was very unprofessional and smart remarks even I was warm to him. The food was all the worse when I was with Popeyes. They knew when I served the food, it was not of good quality and I never spent 40 bucks spending money at this point.
I deliver for a food delivery service. I debated in whether or not to write this but after alot of thought I have decided to write this. I was treated with the most disrespect that I have ever encountered as a delivery driver at this Popeyes . I wasn't even acknowledged when I walked in and said I'm here to pick up a delivery order because I am white. The Mgr, the cashier, people making the food. The delivery order that I was picking up was placed on the counter and sat there for 10 mins before I actually went and read that it was my order I was waiting on. My point is this. If your white don't go to this store you will be ignored and not looked at. Personal beliefs about people don't matter when it come to your job. And you don't ignore anyone because of there color ever. No restaurant in any city that I have ever been to has ignored me because of my skin color. This franchise for Popeyes should be closed down forever. And it's not because I'm white I'm saying this. But if I was black and went into a restaurant to pick a order up and this happened. It would be on the news and everyone would be called a racist. And everyone that was working on Thursday at Popeyes chicken is a racist or a coward.
I JUST CAN'T WITH POPEYES!! I'm officially done with this chain...no matter where I go, this place is horrible!!! I placed a mobile order for pick-up in the drive-thru. I had to wait for 15 minutes in the drive-thru, only to be told that I had to go inside to pick-up my mobile order! I get inside, and the place is crowded! No Social distancing protocols being observed!!! When I got up to the cashier, she could not find my mobile order. She asked the manager for help, but the manager was too busy on her phone talking about her children's birthdays.
What can you say, but Love That Chicken.. Waiting is really better with gas in your car. They're looking for you with extras.. Hot sauce on deck
