The Wheatsheaf - Stoke-on-Trent

The worst Spoons I've ever stepped foot in. They messed up my entire group's orders, whether cold food, an incorrect meal, or a messed up pint. Staff were rude to me and refused to exchange my pint for a replacement drink. Rough crowd, frequented by day drunks and aggressive types.

All because I had my head on table we got cut off not even had much alcohol but because apparently I was drunk they cut us off bollolks mate

Service was appalling we order 4 meals and two people had finished there's before the last two came out after having to go back up and ask. One of the burger buns was so hard you could not eat it. Disgusting just wanted a cheap meal while shopping. Never again!!!

Used to be a good music back in the day. First time in it as a Weatherspoons. Had a half then went. People F'ing and jeffing in front of children gets right on me nerves. Not a place for kids really, but folk should behave.

Lovely food and lovely staff, just as I walked in it felt like everyone turned and looked at us like we don't belong
