This place is amazing to say the least. it was an impromptu brunchbstopnas a part of my birthday experience. dave was our server and he is an absolute star! I do not live on this side of the bridge, but I can tell them that I will cross the bridge to feed in future at libbey. I would give six stars.

The dinner was delicious. the scallops with risotto were amazing. I was worried about the risotto because it can be met or miss in restaurants. the way they served it was amazing. it was so delicious and loved the parmesan cheese upstairs. scallops were perfectly cooked. loves the tuna stacks ass. Chicken chesapeake was good. my fiancée thought it had a little too much lemon juice, but he ate all of it. that is beautiful. large bourbon selection and great drinks. we will definitely come back.

My expectations fulfilled. service was excellent and eat very well. I will be back

Visited for a holiday dinner, the food was delicious, looking at the bay was nice and we could have a conversation.

Nice location beautiful view. Very pricy for the portions; very small portions for sides especially the vegetables.
