I had to order something else and when that was finally done they didn’t provide me sauces but still charged me $2.50 cents. I had to turn around and tell them before they paid me back without any apology.
They forgot to give me the chicken I ordered. I also didnt realize i didnt get my sauce for my chicken till i got all the way home for the second time. Didn't bother to offer any sort of accommodation for the inconvenience.
This is the 2nd time the food has been delivered incorrect, or just disgusting..there will not be a third.
If your pizza and bread bits are burnt don't call to complain the general manager will just say If you don't like how we do things he suggested going elsewhere. Straight from the GM that's the attitude nowadays we are all doomed.
I ordered online with a 30 minute time estimate, they called and told me that the online time estimate didn't apply and it would be 60 to 90 minutes. After an hour and 45 minutes they canceled my order because they didn't have the ingredients. I called the store and they were rude with no options other than to start the order from scratch wait another 45 minutes plus at full price.
