You're paying someone to lose you constant sales. I'm a service industry professional at this point and she prefers pettiness over connection with regulars. Literally business 101. I'm not the only one who says this either. (Btw management, I assume, erased my 1st complaint) Shout out to Malinda and Sander. Amazing employees keep it up.
Restaurant is located within a gas station. The service was quick and the sandwich tasted fresh. There was no seating available at this location.
Once again these ladies made an extremely well made sandwich. It is our local Subway for lunch orders and we've always had a great experience. Edit: I'm updating this to one star as the new manager likes to argue with customers about drinks. I have never, EVER ordered a fountain drink from this Subway as I am not allowed to have fountain drinks in my office. Since he has started, he's argued with me on every occasion when I pick up my order. I realize he's trying to cut overhead, but I didn't order a fountain drink, and never will. The ladies still make an amazing sandwich at this location, and they are great employees, but this new manager guy can take a long walk off a short pier.
Ordered cold cut combo, one of my faves. Lady only put two meats, Bologna and salami. I asked her specifically what it comes with and she said baloney salami but it?s supposed to come with ham after I got to my car and looked it up. My sub was so light and I feel like I got ripped off, she needs to be trained properly. Also there was brown stuff in the lettuce so I didn?t even order lettuce on my sub. I should know better than to go to a gas station for subway
The staff is fantastic, the food is consistently delicious, and the location couldn't be more convenient.
