Mcdonald's - Sterling

Very disappointed with this Mcdonalds. My fries were so hard due to being over fried and it was horrible the food was put together very sloppy, the employees were rude and pushy making me feel rushed. Not a good

Used the drive up service. Convenient but took awhile to bring out the food.

Used to be a lot better, they rush the food now and staff never is

For a Mc Donald's it is nice! It's fast food yes, they do have the best quality fast food in town which means it's well managed. The service is par as like all mc Donald's because they are very busy, and sometimes can be a little dirty again because busy, but love they have a indoor play area that is always open and dependable quality fast food.

Well the order took 26 mins to receive the food. The lobby every table was dirty. We had to clean a table just to sit at it. When we did receive the food it was not correct. Wife found hair in her fries ?. We took the food that was wrong back after waiting for someone to come and help she acted like she could care less.
