Kuma Boba (bubble Tea)

It’s a sweet small space but nicely organized and service was good. But the drinks taste was not as best as I expected. Though I’d recommend Kuma Boba.

Great place, perfect bubble tea as it should be. The jar idea is a great competitive advantage and very smart compared to other places. My wife asked me that this would cost the business more, I asked her, next time when we will go for a bubble tea where do you want to go? She said here. Kuma Boba

Friendly service, charming decorations, and excellent boba! I'm here all the time, and nothing disappoints. The snacks are super good and go well with the drinks, and the drinks are adorable. They also have a great system for repeat customers, in which you can turn in your previous bottles/jars from the last time you were there for 10% off your next boba!

I got the almond milk tea with original boba. I've never had it with crushed almond inside! That was a new spin for me and I really enjoyed it. I still can't get over the fact that you automatically get a reusable GLASS cup with your drink versus having to buy one separately if wanting a reusable cup. I wish there was a Kuma Boba in Grand Rapids!

This used to be one of my favorite bubble tea places in Michigan, two days ago I came in here hoping to get the tater tots and some nice bubble tea. But walking in I noticed that the place didn't look the same as before and the fruit that is usually out didn't look as fresh, however, I didn't think too much of it until I received my food. I got the butterfly tea lemonade and it didn't taste as good as before they didn't put many tapioca pearls as before. I counted and there were only ten inside. Finally, I got my tater tots and when eating them I noticed they weren't as crispy and tasted as they were drenched with franks red hot Sause over it and it tasted disgusting. Also, the prices have significantly been raised since the last time I've been here. Wouldn't recommend this place anymore!! go somewhere else.
