I attempted to contact the restaurant several times (and at different times throughout the day as to avoid lunch and dinner rushes), but the automated service seems to be set in such a way that you can never speak to a human being. I followed the instructions on the app to report the issue and followed instructions to submit this issue online; however, it's been over two weeks without a word back from them. I hate making this post as I love Chipotle and give this location a lot business, but this is horrible and unacceptable customer service that makes me not want to ever give this location my business again.
The service here is excellent! I am not a fan of cilantro, so I asked if they had any rice that didn't have it. They went in the back and grabbed some for me. Super cool of them! The food is always excellent as well. Always very fresh. The music was a touch loud for my taste, but wasn't horrible.
Great place to visit. Was late in the evening for a quick dinner grab. Food was absolutely delicious. Staff was friendly. Personally, I am on a temporary dietary restriction (no chew) and was pleasantly surprised that there wasn't much available that I could not eat. The portions was well worth the price. Can't wait to go back.
I had an absolutely horrible time here. I placed an order for 3 soft shell tacos and chips and queso on the app. When I went to pick up my order, I was told there were no soft shell taco shells so I said hard was fine. Then another employee told me they did have hard shell either and I said a big tortilla was fine. I got handed half my order and still had to ask for the chips and queso. I got home and opened up my bag to see that everything had been given to me as a side item, with no tortilla. I do not recommend this location.
Every time a door dash they give me barely any food. This place sucks
