If I could give a zero-star review, I definitely would. During my last visit to the Stephenville location, my Big Mary was undercooked in the center and not prepared properly. I called to have it replaced, but when I picked it up, it was charred. The fries always taste like soap, which doesn't surprise me since a former employee mentioned that dish soap drips into the sink where they prepare the fries. Each time I order fries, they are served cold, and when I request extra toppings like cheese, mayo, or salt, I barely get any on my food. I will only consider returning to this location if they replace the manager with someone who knows how to run the restaurant properly and learns to prepare the food as it should be made.
It seemed unlikely that a drive-thru order should take precedence over mine, especially since I had already paid $60 for my meal and couldn't simply cancel and leave. Ultimately, I waited for 28 minutes, making me late for an appointment. When I finally received my order, the server packed four cans of soda and four salads into a tiny paper bag behind the counter. Unfortunately, as I was getting into my car, the bag tore open, spilling everything everywhere. If the option to order through the app is available, the restaurant must improve its process to ensure that orders are fulfilled by the stated pickup time. This would help customers avoid long waits as promised.
One exceptionally bland order of chicken tenders and taters without the dipping sauce we asked for, and one spicy burger with so much spice (i.e. coated in Cayenne pepper) it was inedible.
I went to this location arrived i drive thru at 7:37pm. I did not even get my order taken until 8:12pm kids poppin meal, taters and brisk. I waited at the window for 20 mins without ever being acknowledged nor having my money taken. I watched as the man on drive thru avoided making eye co tact with me, he ducked to the back a cpl times to have a drink while the only other person I saw was serving front counter and bagging all orders for both drive thru and counter. Usually it isnt THAT bad here and I think it had to do with the Santa parade and a huge influx of people getting take out BUT as a business owner or manager that should have been accounted for and EXTRA staff should have been put on along with having chicken ready not only putting down a batch per order. In total I was in the drive thru for 1+ hours. That is unacceptable for fast food.
