Sammy's pulled pork sandwich was very good, although I don't do my sandwiches with the slaw on the sandwich. No issues though. The tater tots portion was HUGE! Way too much for 1 person. But, I topped off my meal with the apple pie. YUM!

Heard a lot about this place and so was excited to try it out. We got in right away, and the waitress was initially on the ball. Once we were ready to order we felt rushed and there was an issue with the drinks. The food was quick and delicious. The Pit Master menu item is a great idea as you get to try 3 different meats. Towards the end of the meal we again felt rushed as the waitress wanted us to pay while the kids were still eating and we wanted to ensure they were getting their dessert. Then one of the kids had to wait as not enough desserts were brought out. Overall: Food: 4/5 Sercice: 3/5

Best. Southern BBQ place in Winnipeg (Steinabach) It is smokey, delicious, reasonably priced, and has great service. Even a 30 min drive on a stormy day is worth it for this food. This is what I asked for my birthday dinner ?

I wanted to try Bigg Smoak for a while. Last night it was with friends. It was okay. The portions are large and the meat was very delicious. The sides were only average and the salad contained a hair. I'm not a fan of cheap trays and paper disposable plates. The entire building looks tired and dirty. The menu was so busy that it was hard to find out. Sometimes less busy would look more classic.

Great place with excellent service and a full menu with many options. Wings were extra fleshy, burned ends were also great. Pulled pig was a little dry but tasty and the brisket and ribs were amazing! Recommended, it is worth the trip and it will not break the bank.
